Personal Training, Bootcamps & Workshops

Because we all need help and guidance at times, the Y provides services to help you reach your goals from free weight and functional training room orientations giving you the know-how to get heathy to personal training offering you individual support and motivation.

Water Aerobics & Pool Classes

What would the Y be without water? Water exercise and aqua aerobics are some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Redding Y. The Y offers 2 heated swimming pools - one inside and one outside.

Open Swim & Lap Swimming

We are a place where you can find relief from your everyday challenges, and spend time together with friends and family. During our open swim or lap swimming times, you'll have a moment to relax and smile. With 2 heated swimming pools, there is room for everyone!
