A high-energy workout combining cardio, plyometrics, muscle conditioning, and bodyweight exercises.

Feb 22: Bachata Styling with Sherri | Studio 2
Learn the sensual, romantic Bachata dance with its four-step rhythm and hip movements.

Boxing Personal Training

This program will meet each aspiring boxer where they are at. Each session will be designed for your individual skill level. From working on boxing fundamentals such as proper boxing stance and form, protecting the body and keeping hands up for defense to more advanced skills.
