
We’re excited to introduce Row Strength, a high-energy, full-body workout combining rowing with strength intervals in our brand-new Row Studio (Studio 6), located in Y South! This class is designed to challenge your body with expert-led rowing technique, off-rower strength exercises, and dynamic pacing. Whether you're a seasoned rower or new to the machine, Row Strength will push your limits and deliver results.
Our brand-new modern Row Studio is equipped with Concept2 Rowers and integrated data tracking, providing the perfect space to elevate your fitness.

Spots are limited to 15 rowers per class, and availability is first come, first served—so arrive early!
Please note: Studio 6 entrance is located on the East side of the Y South building at 1740 Eureka Way, near the railroad tracks. Out of consideration for other classes, all entry and exit will only occur through the Studio 6 entrance. Parking is available on this side of the building.
